About Jessica Flaherty, RD

Hi there! I’m Jessica and I’m a Registered Dietitian. I live in Ventura County, California.

From the time I first learned about how food can help nourish our bodies, I have always loved learning more about it. While I was in college I had the opportunity to work at a residential treatment center for eating disorder and substance abuse recovery. I gained knowledge and hands-on experience but what stuck with me the most is the relationships I formed with clients.

I knew when I started the path to becoming a dietitian, that I wanted a job that allowed me to build real, genuine connections with clients. Our relationship with food is personal and important; I love helping people improve their relationship with food and their body so they can live their life to the fullest! When I’m not working I enjoy baking, watching movies, camping, and catching up with friends.
