Nutrition Therapy

for Athletes

What the heck do I eat?

Is this a question you find yourself asking again and again when changing up your athletic routine?

Our sports Dietitian, helps athletes at every level, from those new-to-exercise, to competitive athletes figure out their best way to fuel.

“My goal is to help athletes and active individuals ditch the need to “look like an athlete” and instead feel like an athlete through proper nutrition and body positivity.” – Lauren MacLeod, RD

All from a Health At Every Size®, non-diet approach.

Let us help you achieve your best performance.

Our philosophy is that ALL foods can fit in a healthy diet,
and that you can practice health and self-love no matter what your size.

Your Registered Dietitian will work with you in a one-on-one approach to find out what works for you, where you need assistance, and help you set goals and overcome obstacles in everyday life.

We work together to develop a food plan that works for you (no diets!), while helping you figure out how to eat intuitively, balance meals and snacks, and create your optimal performance plan!

We encourage you to keep in contact between sessions via secure messaging to help with accountability and increase your success. Sessions are offered through secure video calls (“Telehealth”).

We provide specialized nutrition counseling for:
